Claudia Fischer es una artista colombiana, graduada en la -École des Beux-Arts-, Paris.
Con post-grados en restauración de pintura de caballete, pintura mural y madera polícromada. (Italia)
Desde los diecisiete años trabaja en diversos campos artisticos, como pintora, conservadora de pintura mural, de caballete, de escultura polcrícromada, altares. Diseñadora de muebles.
Directora de arte para series de television, Directora de arte y Diseñadora de producción para cine.
Se desempeña actualmente como documentalista, directora, productora y fotografa.
Es coofundadora de proyectos para generar ingresos a la mujer campesina y las artesanas colombianas. (Fundación Tierra y Casa)
Claudia Fischer is a Colombian artist and a graduate of the École des Beux-Arts-, Paris. She has graduate degrees in the restoration of canvas paintings, mural paintings, and polychromatic wood (Italy). Since the age of 16 she has worked in various artistic fields, such as, painter, curator of mural paintings, canvas paintings, polychromatic sculptures, altars, and furniture designer.
She has been the Artistic Director for television series, as well as Artistic Director and Production Designer for many film productions.
At present, she is dedicated to documentary filmmaking. She directs, produces and does the photography for her films. Her documentary, Ati y Mindhiva (As the Tree Under the Hurricane) has won several rewards.
She is cofounder of projects to generate income for women in rural areas and for Colombian Artisans (Fundación Tierra y Casa).
 
Armando Guareño, born and raised in the Dominican Republic, holds a B.A. in Film and Video Communications, and an M.F.A. Degree in Media Arts and Film Productions, both from the City College of New York. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Dominican Film Festival of New York, KidCinemaFest Film festival and El Barrio’s Latino Children Film Festival.
As a curator and Film Programmer, he has presented several specialized programs at different film festivals in throughout the world, including Boston Latino Film Festival (Boston), Mañana: The Latin American International Film Festival of Varzovia (Poland), Latinos in USA (Spain and France), Festival de Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano de la Habana (Cuba), Muestra de Cine Documental Iberoamericano (Colombia and Panama), Dominican International Film Festival, Dominican Rep., The Puerto Rican Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (Puerto Rico) Latin American
Film Festival of Lugano (Switzeland), among others. He’s served as expert nominator for the Rockefeller Fellowship Film & Media Arts Program and as a screening panelist for the Oscars’ Academy Awards for film students. Mr. Guareño has served as a member of the jury for various film festivals including the New Fest: The New York Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, Muestra Internacional de Cine de Santo Domingo, Cine en la Calle, Colombia, Festival de Cine Iberoamericano de New England, AMUCINE Women Short Film Festival, among others. Armando’s distinguished background in film extends consulting (program/curator) for such prestigious institutions as the MoMA, CUNY TV, Museo del Barrio (New York), El Ojo Cojo (Spain), Centro Colombo Americano (Colombia), Cinemotion (Russia), Cinemateca del Caribe (Colombia), Cine en Ballaja (Puerto Rico), Fundación Universidad Central (Colombia).
Armando Guareño, nació en la República Dominicana y es egresado de la licenciatura en cinematografía y Maestría en Producción Cinematográfica de la universidad City College de Nueva york. Es fundador y director ejecutivo del Festival de Cine Dominicano en Nueva, El festival de Cine Infantil, KidcinemaFest y el festival de Cine Latino Infantil del El Barrio, Nueva York.
Como curador y programador de cine, ha presentado varios programas especializados en diferentes festivales de cine de todo el mundo, incluyendo El Festival del Nueva Cine Latinoamericano de Habana, Cuba; Festival de Cine Internacional de Varsovia, Polonia; El Festival de Cine Latino de Boston; Festival de Cine Latinoamericano de Lugano, Suecia; El festival de Cine Latino HBO de Nueva York; Latino en USA (Francia, España), entre otros. Ha servido como experto presentador para la Beca Rockefeller Film & Media Programa de Artes y panelista de las candidaturas a los Oscar, Premios de la Academia para los estudiantes de cine. El Sr. Guareño ha servido como miembro del jurado de varios festivales de cine como Muestra de Cine Internacional de Santo Domingo, República Dominicana; NewFest: Festival de Cine Gay de Nueva york , Cine en la Calle, Colombia; Festival de Cine Iberoamericano de New England, USA, AMUCINE Women Short Film Festival; entre otros. Armando tiene un extensa experiencia en consultoría para festivales de cine como programador y/o curador para prestigiosas instituciones como El Museo del MoMA, USA; Fundación Universidad Central, Colombia; CUNY TV, USA, Cinemation, Rusia; Cinemateca del Caribe, Colombia; Cine Ballaja, Puerto Rico; El Ojo Cojo, España; Centro Colombo Americano, Colombia; entre otros.
 
Celia Rodríguez Tejuca
Graduated with honors in History of Art from the Faculty of Arts and Letters of the University of Havana (Cuba) with the dissertation “Revolution meets its face. Construction of the imaginaries of the Cuban revolutionary heroes in the documentaries produced by the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry between 1959 and 1971”, coauthored with Nils Longueira Borrego.
She is a Master candidate in History of Art and Architecture at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Since 2015, she has been member of the selection committee and programmer at the Cuban film festival Muestra Joven ICAIC.
Celia has lectured courses on Latin American Art an Art of the Twentieth Century at the University of Havana. She also held the position of chief editor in the journal Cine Cubano, sponsored by the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry. In 2014, she participated as a film critic in the Talents Press workshop of the 29th International Film Festival of Guadalajara (Mexico).
Celia Rodríguez Tejuca
Graduada con honores en Historia del Arte en la Facultad de Artes y Letras de la Universidad de La Habana (Cuba) con la tesis “La Revolución encuentra su rostro. Imaginarios del héroe de la Revolución cubana en los documentales producidos por el Instituto Cubano de Arte e Industria Cinematográficos entre 1959 y 1971”, en coautoría con Nils Longueira Borrego.
Actualmente estudia una maestría en Historia del Arte y Arquitectura en la Universidad de Massachusetts Amherst. Desde 2015, ha fungido como miembro del comité de selección y como programadora en el festival de cine cubano Muestra Joven ICAIC.
Celia ha ofrecido cursos de Arte Latinoamericano y Arte del Siglo XX en la Universidad de La Habana. Además, ocupó la posición de jefa de redacción en la revista Cine Cubano, patrocinada por el Instituto Cubano de Arte e Industria Cinematográficos. En 2014, participó como crítico de cine en el taller Talents Press en el marco del 29 Festival Internacional de Cine de Guadalajara (México).
